Ruimschoots – Quadrupel

An original quadrupel with Frisian spice cake and an ample amount of specially selected malts. As a child we loved the taste of this cake and we wanted to reflect that in our beer.

Ruimschoots (in abundance):

1. shot fully celebrated, sailing before the wind, wide wind;
2. in abundance, more than enough.
